Testimonies
"Thank you for sharing your testimony and your love during our difficult time! We have lost 3 babies at 8 weeks or earlier, and we were expecting a little boy to be born in April 2025. We went in for a routine 16 week check up to find no heartbeat. We induced labor and he was born yesterday 11/6 at 12:30 AM. He was so beautiful and perfectly formed, but sadly his cord was wrapped tightly around his neck twice. We are completely devastated and heartbroken! Just wanted to thank you for your kindness and support! Your love for Casey is touching lives! We delivered at Marshall, MO and received gift boxes from there from Casey’s Cause.

"Our unit is so thankful for the gift of Casey’s Cause. These items provide comfort during their hospital stay and also serve as a lifelong memento through infant molds. We couldn’t be more grateful for the resources this organization has provided us. These boxes and molds give us the tools we need to show additional compassion and kindness during a difficult time and will continue to touch the lives of our patients and families in the most thoughtful ways."

Casey's Story:
In April 2022, Josie and Cole McAdams were overjoyed to learn they were expecting their third child, a baby boy they named Casey. However, at just six weeks, they received heartbreaking news: their baby had no detectable heartbeat. Despite the devastating diagnosis, Josie and Cole held onto hope, praying fervently, and by seven weeks, a heartbeat was found.
The pregnancy continued normally until 16 weeks, when doctors delivered another crushing blow—Casey was diagnosed with an encephalocele, a condition where a portion of the brain protrudes through an opening in the skull. The prognosis was grim, and doctors advised termination, stating that Casey would not be compatible with life. But for Josie and Cole, termination was never an option. They clung to their faith, trusting that God could heal their son.
On November 3, 2022, Casey was born. Although he passed away shortly after birth, his brief life has left an indelible mark on his parents' hearts. Through this unimaginable pain, God's love has surrounded Josie and Cole, bringing them peace and the hope of being reunited with Casey in eternity.
Moved by their experience, Josie and Cole are now passionate about supporting others who have faced similar losses, offering love, compassion, and the hope they found in Jesus.
Our Mission
UNLEASH GOD'S LOVE ON THE WORLD BY COMFORTING
THE BROKENHEARTED
Jesus said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
Luke 4:18
Casey's Cause partners with women's clinics, pro-life centers, primary clinics and hospitals to provide boxes on sites to mothers and families when they experience miscarriage and infant loss. For centers that have labor and delivery departments, we provide molding kits for hands and feet for families to remember their little ones.
